Job Description

Our Customer Coordinators (Regional Managers)are responsible for growing Veteran clients in their assigned geographical regions. They meet with Veteran families to explain our program and determine if they qualify. Leads come from building relationships with home care agencies, other healthcare referral sources and our national digital marketing strategies.

Essential Functions of the Position

  • Contact and network with Veterans and various referral sources, via the telephone, as well as in person with the utmost professionalism.

  • Develop relationships with home care agencies in the region.

  • Provide potential clients information on the VetAssist® Program.

  • Assist potential clients in identifying the required documents and permission forms necessary for application completion.

  • Review and analyze client documents, including military and medical forms, as well as financial documents to determine eligibility.

  • Responsible for analyzing the completeness and accuracy of the VA client file prior to submission to home office for final review.

  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve company sales goals.

  • Assist in development of actionable sales plan for assigned regions.

  • Responsible for execution of actionable sales plan.

Supervisory Responsibility

This position has no supervisory responsibility.

 

Work Environment

This job operates in a home office and you will be provided all of the equipment youll need to be successful.

 

Travel

This position requires travel approximately 80% of the time within assigned region, and minimal overnight travel, less than 5%. This position requires the use of either a personal car or a company issued car and employees must maintain a valid drivers license.

This person must currently reside in or near the designated geographic area.

Preferred Qualifications (*Not Required)

  • Bachelors Degree and/or 2 years of marketing or sales field experience
