Job Description

Seeking a US Veteran, National Guardsman, Reservist, and/or Military Spouse to apply for a Mid-level Business Analyst position. Join in an enterprise initiative to optimize and re-engineer processes leveraging Lean Six Sigma and to document processes in an Enterprise Process Repository (EPR). Position requires a Bachelor’s degree, 5-7 years’ experience, ARIS experience, BPMN 2.0 knowledge, and strong stakeholder management skills.


Responsibilities: Veteran Military

  • As part of the Process Improvement Team, support process optimization and documentation.
  • Drive the initiative to document business process management.
  • Use informed knowledge of business functions to identify and capitalize on improvement opportunities
  • Analyze changing processes. Calculate impact and give gap analysis.
  • Use Lean Six Sigma processes to optimize efficiency in process reengineering.
  • Create Business Process Models following BPMN 2.0 standards.
  • Provide strong stakeholder management and collaboration
  • Set up and facilitate meetings with appropriate stakeholders and business partners
  • Coordinate and work with the architecture team.
  • Partner with the regulatory teams for necessary controls built into processes.


Requirements: Veteran Military

  • US Veteran, National Guardsman, Reservist or Military Spouse preferred
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5-7 years of business analyst experience
  • Process modeling following BPMN 2.0 standards
  • Knowledge of ARIS
  • Experience using Jira
  • Familiarity MetricStream
  • Lean Six Sigma certification and knowledge highly preferred
  • Stakeholder management experience
  • Strong facilitation and meeting management abilities
  • Very strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong understanding of business perspective necessary for strategic success
  • Project/Program management experience
