Unarmed Security Guard

We are seeking a full-time unarmed security guard to become an integral part of our team. The selected individual will patrol and secure the assigned premise as well as identify risks to staff and patrons. Current available shifts Monday-Friday 9am-5pm.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules
• Thoroughly examine doors, windows, and gates to ensure proper function and security
• Fill out daily reports of patrols, incidents, and any other activity that may take place
• Warn violators of premise rules and regulations
• Apprehend or expel persons engaging in suspicious or criminal acts
• Report any facility issues such as fire hazards and leaking utility pipes
• Request emergency personnel for high risk situations

Qualifications:

• Familiarity with security equipment
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Strong attention to detail
• Be able to handle standing for long periods of time
• AZ DPS Unarmed Guard Card (Preferred)
• Ability to pass a background check
• High School diploma or higher is required
