Buckeystown Veterinary Hospital is searching for a new graduate or experienced general practice veterinarian to join our team! We are a mixed animal practice located just outside of Frederick, Maryland. A variety of schedule set-ups are available in full or part-time structures including:

• Small animal general practice exclusive
• Small animal + canine rehabilitation (with coverage for certification courses)
• Mixed animal (predominantly small)
• Mixed animal (predominantly small) +canine rehabilitation (with coverage for certification courses)

Our wonderful founder, Dr. Karen Miller, is enjoying a well-deserved retirement. Our new Medical Director, Dr. Jonathan Fear, now leads the team alongside Dr. Mary Ann McKissick, Erica Raum (collaborative, positive Practice Manager) and two experienced, consistent relief/part-time DVMs.

Buckeystown Veterinary Hospital is surrounded by beautiful rolling farmland but is very close to Frederick/Baltimore and Washington DC. Qualifications:

Doctor of Veterinary degree, or equivalent, from an AVMA accredited university upon hire

Current DEA License or obtained upon hire

Active Veterinary State License upon hire
