Customer Loyalty Specialist

Job Description

Role and Responsibilities:

-Respond to customer inquiries and resolve customer issues; ensure customer satisfaction is met in timely manner

-Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat and social media.

-Provide “surprise and delight” experiences for our customers

-Utilizes CRM system to track customer interactions

-Contributes to FAQ system

-Work with management to act as the Voice of the Customer to escalate common customer issues

-Collaborate with customers, internal groups, and vendors to optimize tools and processes

-Process and mitigate refunds, complaints, returns, and chargebacks

As a fast paced start up we need you to roll up your sleeves and manage inquiries coming in from multiple channels (Chat, Phone, Email, social). It’s a big deal, so we need someone super dependable, empathetic to our customers’ needs and fun to be around!

You understand customer loyalty is a product; delivering a wow experience with each and every customer interaction.

Requirements

Needed Skills:

Deeply empathetic to the needs and emotions of others

Organized and fast to respond

Excellent communication skills

Positive, upbeat attitude

Reliable self-starter attitude, capable of thriving in an entrepreneurial environment

Team Player and adaptable

Preferred Skills:

CRM experience

IVR experience

Chat experience

Social channel support experience

Qualifications (Must haves):

English proficiency

Qualifications (Nice to haves):

Bachelor's degree

2+ years in customer service related field

Experience working with customers on the phone or via chat/email

Call center experience

Zendesk experience a plus

Fluent in spanish
