We are seeking a metrics-motivated Operations Manager for our clinics. Someone who takes pride in tweaking a system until it is a well-oiled machine. We are a culture driven, patient-care prioritizing group who need your brilliance to make a mark on this amazing group.

Job Duties:

  • Collaborate with other managers to ensure smooth flow of day-to-day operations
  • Financial records/transactions oversight for all clinic locations
  • Create and execute programs that show healthcare rules & regulations compliance
  • Along with company owner, oversee operations are carried out in compliance with organization objectives/policies
  • Ensure facilities have all necessary items and needed maintenance
  • Oversee operations; correct any negative results
  • Help hire and retain employees
  • Create and cultivate communication structure
  • Act as an official steward of the company with all types of investors
  • Plan, coordinate and control daily organization operations through the clinical and business managers
  • Oversee daily financial records and monitor transactions from each location
  • Establish and implement compliance programs in accordance with healthcare rules and regulations
  • Meet with organization owner to ensure operations are being executed in accordance with company objectives and policies
  • Oversee the maintenance of each clinic location to ensure each facility has needed supplies and maintenance
  • Review operating results of the organization; use established objectives to ensure appropriate measures are taken to correct unsatisfactory results
  • Assist with recruiting and retention of employees
  • Establish and maintain an effective system of communications throughout the organization
  • Represent the organization with major customers, shareholders, the financial community and the public

Position Requirements:

  • Has managed or been employed at a healthcare practice
  • Experience in AR, marketing, healthcare billing, HR, insurance
  • Willingness to learn new skills and grow with the facility
  • Team player; enjoys meeting and talking to people
  • Create an atmosphere of growth and expansion
  • Four-year Business or similar degree a plus
  • Experience in managing or working in a medical practice
  • Familiar with insurance, human resources, medical billing, accounts receivable and marketing.
  • Must be outgoing and positive, with a friendly personality and a desire to learn and work as a team
  • Willingness to help us grow and expand
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
