ABOUT THE COMPANY: SME organization with little or no competition in the marketplace. Their President is a highly respected specialist in this arena/specialty area. They have only grown over the last 15 years of existence with never a layoff or downsize. The market they focus on has very little penetration so this is an excellent opportunity for the company's continued expansion.
The person for this role will be a I.T. Support Generalist with the desire to be the go to person for the needs of the client. Install base of technologies varies but is generally Cisco VoIP, Microsoft Environment, etc.
Locaiton: Bradenton, FL
Compensation: $45k to $65k Depending upon experience
Status: Full time

- 2 years of professional experience may or may not have a 4 year degree
- STRONG customer service orientation/communication skills
- Ability to escalate higher level needs to the team/management as needed
- Desire to learn and grow

- Up to $10k in training allowance in first year
- Salary commensurate with 2 years experience
