What you'll be doing...
This position will be responsible for generating incremental revenue via in-app marketing campaign personalization and improving the app experience. Integrate multiple standalone systems including Adobe Campaign, Adobe Target, and Pega into the Marketing Ecosystem. Build, execute, measure and optimize campaigns aligned to Verizon's marketing growth and retention strategies. Leverage the Systems of Insights analytics for triggers and targeting, and Adobe Target for multivariate testing.
This position is the primary liaison with IT and security. In this role, you'll manage all activities related to campaign deployment - including the strategic, tactical and support functions (creative, technology, and analytics). Your key objective is to leverage marketing technology to drive real business performance.
+ Improve the app experience through a customer marketing lens.
+ Align the experience with marketing strategy, prioritization and targeting.
+ Present and sell-in recommendations to executive leadership and align across organizations.
+ Work cross-functionally with Campaign Managers, Business Analysts, App Team, Solution Architects, Data Analysts, ETL Developers, Project Manager, and Agency Client Partners.
+ Integrate multiple systems to increase performance, efficiency and personalization.
+ Create reporting platform including hold out groups to measure incrementally.
+ Enable creative optimization and testing.
+ Design / implement A/B testing, multi-variant tests, and content optimization techniques to rapidly determine best messaging strategies.
+ Evaluate treatment versus control group performance to identify opportunities to adjust strategy and optimize.
+ Review with and provide updates to key stakeholders regarding campaign strategy, performance and optimization that has been and/or will be implemented, and the associated gains.

You are a team player and can work across multiple teams to support varied business objectives. You also have strong analytical, research and organizational skills with great attention to detail.
+ Bachelor's degree.
+ Six or more years of relevant work experience.
+ Experience driving business requirements and execute optimization campaigns.
+ Experience in campaign measurement and web analytics, i.e. tagging, deep links and attribution.
+ Experience with Adobe Target, Audience Manager, and Experience Manager.
+ Understanding of campaign performance analysis to drive continuous improvement.
+ Experience in solution design, development and technical consulting through tight collaboration between business and IT teams.
+ Experience with lifecycle and/or customer-facing marketing programs.
Even better if you have...
+ MBA or other Master's degree.
+ Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Information Design, Management Information Systems, or a related IT or Technology field.
+ App Experience, SDKs, push notifications, geo targeting.
+ Pega Experience.
+ Knowledge of Teradata SQL.
+ Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written skills.
