We are currently seeing an experienced candidate for the Role of Senior Business Analyst

The Senior Business Analyst will Provide specific guidance to clients using prior business experience to analyze data and drive business growth. Adhere to company procedures and provide information to stakeholders.

This position will be a hybrid role in the Princeton, NJ area. Pharmaceutical Experience is a Must !

Primary Responsibilities

1. Must have 10+ years of overall experience in the IT industry as a business analyst /product owner
2. Must have 5+ years of scrum /agile methodology and be adept at gathering business requirements, understanding the unmet business needs and writing user stories using Jira and Confluence
3. Must have previous experience working on building Sharepoint/Office 365 applications such as an enterprise intranet, any experience with BPM and collaboration platforms is a plus
4. Life Sciences experience is a plus
5. Must demonstrate expertise with software build plans, release planning, and conducting workshops with business stakeholders to uncover business needs. Exposure to and understanding of human centric design principles is preferred.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related fields. Quality or Regulatory knowledge and report creation experience with analytical tools.
