Customer Care Specialist: A Customer Care Specialist is the "smiling" voice that answers the phone and provides excellent care. You should enjoy working in an office setting. Hours are typically Monday through Friday with on-call responsibilities on a weekend rotation. The Customer Care Specialist is responsible for:
- providing customer care and education
- assisting with trouble shooting equipment
- order processing from doctors, groups and insurance companies
- confirmation of orders
- scheduling appointments and PCR visits
- obtain payer authorization
- other duties as assigned .
*Bilingual is a plus!
- Call Center: 1 year
- Customer Service: 1 year
- Experience in the durable medical equipment industry a plus!
