Job Description

Receptionist/Office Assistant
 

Paper in copier nightly.

Check for faxes - watch toner and paper.

Clean conference rooms.

Wash dishes and cups.

Clean refrigerator.

Stock kitchen snacks and drinks nightly.

Keep coffee maker water bottle when empty.

Get mail from downstairs box, sort, and distribute.

Postage & Fed EX

Go to Post Office if postal worker does not pick up mail during the day.

Keep track of birthdays - get cards and distribute, arrange for cake.

Maintain office supplies, copier supplies, kitchen supplies.

Answering the phones.

Order lunch for the owner.

Copying and printing document as requested.

Scanning contracts in files.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
