This is a 100% Commission-based 1099 position. Earn 30% commissions on each deal without any caps! High performing sales reps can easily earn $100k their first year remotely as their own boss!
The staffing sales rep is responsible for the sales process of short and long term initiatives and staffing requirements by identifying and securing new job orders.
- Create a consistent pipeline of new permanent placement job orders
- Gain market share with new clients
- Meet with client Hiring Managers on a daily basis to develop lasting relationships
- Manage client relationships, pre-sales / post-sales
- Developing and implementing sales strategies.
- Should have relationships establish relationships with potential client decision makers.
- Work closely with the recruiting team to clearly communicate client requirements ensuring the successful identification of candidates.
- 2+ years' experience in a staffing account management/business development role in the IT Staffing industry is REQUIRED.
- Experience in recruiting for IT, Sales, Finance, or HR roles preferred
