The Customer Experience Specialist (CES) is responsible for ensuring the highest level of service for prospective and current customers. The CES will collaborate with the team, and the customer to provide a unique on-boarding experience and maximize customer satisfaction. We provide multi-faceted training and support to enable new team members to excel for personal and professional growth.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Interviewing and uncovering the needs of prospective customers
  • Following up with prospective customers
  • Effectively manage vendor partners
  • On-boarding new customers, and preparing requests
  • Prepare and present demonstrations on technology-oriented solutions
  • Effectively convey our products' strengths and benefits to prospective and current customers
  • Training current and new customers how to use their devices, apps, and data base
  • Technical Support for our customers with Electronic Devices in trucks
  • Create procedures for new processes
  • Develop comprehensive reports in Excel to simplify our customers data management
  • Consult on FMCSA related questions
  • Simplify the Ridiculous, both internally and externally

Background and Experience

  • 4-year degree preferred
  • 4-year computer experience
  • Experience in Commercial Transportation and Hours of Service a plus
  • Public Speaking is a plus
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
