We are seeking a Front Desk Agent to become a part of our team!
- Register and assign rooms to guests
- Confirm phone and online reservations
- Respond to guest needs, requests, and concerns
- Collect payment from guests
- Keep records of occupied rooms and guests
- Communicate pertinent guest information to designated departments
- Previous experience in customer service or hotel front desk
- Strong organizational skills and mutli tasking skills
- Excellent communication skills
Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include evenings, weekends and holidays.
