Entry Level | Customer Service Representative | Full Time -- NO door to door, no cold calling, NOT a call center
VanWaldron Management is looking for a Customer Service Representative to effectively represent our Clients and help them expand their customer base through account inquiries, data entry, and communication.

Duties and Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative: *This position does involve sales and marketing*
- Represent our Clients when talking face to face with their customer base
- Work with senior customer service representatives to perfect your abilities
- Build relationships with customers to help them obtain the best product for their needs.
- Help resolve problems and issues at the point of contact while keeping a positive and happy attitude
- Answer phones and respond to customer needs
- Morning meetings with the other customer service representatives.
Experience is not required but is always a plus!:
- 1 + years of customer service and sales is preferred, but NOT required as we do provide full training
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment as well as individually
- Good verbal, telephone, and written communication skills
- Ability to understand the needs of a customer to provide the best customer service possible
We are offering an hourly base pay plus bonuses/commission.
