The hours for this position are Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Fleet and Commercial Sales team:
  • Customer deliveries: including walking the customer around the vehicles and explain options and futures. Helping customers hook up their phones to the vehicles.
  • Final detail checks on up-fitted units for customer delivery
  • 2-day follow-up with the customer on sold units
  • Follow up with some of the new leads after proposals are sent by the sales managers
• Assist the Rental Sales team:
  • Cover breaks for main office staff during breaks
  • Some off site deliveries
  • Set reservation for customers in the rental software
• Other duties:
  • Clean and sanitize vehicle interior per Complete Clean Pledge standards
  • Wash, clean and dry the vehicle's exterior - this might include cars of different sizes, as well as vans and trucks.
  • Check fuel level and warning lights: inspect windshield for damage; factory reset/restore vehicle setting to clear prior customer data; check for customer items and place anything of value in Lost & Found; verify that registration is present, current, and matches the license plate.
  • Fuel and stage vehicle
  • Inspect the vehicle for any safety concerns; report any warning lights and/or vehicle/windshield/tire damage; pull the vehicle out of the prep processing as necessary
  • Maintains a clean and orderly work area and report any unsafe or hazardous conditions
  • Assists customers when needed. May transport customers to and from the branches
  • Helps maintain overall site appearance including general cleaning of interior and exteriors of branch locations

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Must be at least 21 years old
