Billing Document Specialists, a division of Valli Information Systems, Inc, is a growing company in Caldwell looking for a technical, energetic Account Manager/Customer Service to help lead our customer service team.
About the Job:
We currently have several customer service/account managers, but we have grown to the point that we need to hire more. Our customer service and account managers handle a variety of technical items from implementation of a new customer to handling future customer requests. We have a variety of services that we offer our customers including: printing and mailing statements/invoices, electronic/paperless statements, online bill presentment and payment portal, electronic payments, IVR phone payments, lockbox services, etc. The ideal candidate will learn all of the processes of our services and will eventually become the "go to" customer service agent that leads and directs our team. Another aspect that we do is print and mail end of the year tax forms for customers. This person will help heavily in that role in working with customers to help them upload their files, proof samples, and work with the customer until their files are approved to print and mail.
Communication skills: The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills and will be able to communicate effectively with customers, our customer service team, and with the management team.
Innovator: The ideal candidate will be effective in implementing new processes and better efficiencies. This person will need to be able to analyze and understand our current processes and be able to implement greater efficiencies. The ideal candidate will have experience working with a team and implementing change for the good of the company and team.
Technical: The ideal candidate will be highly technical and able to explain and demonstrate technical items to the non-technical customers. This person will often times be the communicator between customers and our programming department.
Lifelong Learner: The ideal candidate will be a lifelong learner and able to research and solve issues and problems on their own, or know where to go to get the answers.
Experience: The ideal candidate will have worked in a technical position for a minimum of 3 years and will be experienced in managing successful team members.
