Local Home Builder is looking for a construction admin to assistant the President directly.
Person must be
· Able to work in a Team environment
· Follow directions exactly as stated
· extremely organized
· mathematically inclined
· and can prioritize in a high paced environment.
This role requires
· job coding from budgets
· assisting the President with the creating of Project budgets
· contract management
· Submitting for permits with city, county and state agencies
· Experienced in an office environment a must.
· Clear communication to team member, sub-contractors, vendors, and customers.
· Advanced computer skills, confident with outlook, MS word, EXEL spreadsheets, Adobe, etc.
· Construction background
· Accounting background
· Able to speak, read and write in Spanish fluently (but not required)
Must pass background check, drug screen, employment verification, and proficiency test.
