Plan, organize, and implement a range of training and professional development activities. Train new hires and conduct and managed required new hire trainings. Enhance the competencies of individual employees by designing and conducting training programs that will boost employees’ workplace performance in alliance with company’s core values. Also, plans, organize, and implement a range of training activities while maintaining an effective on boarding and orientation process.
Essential Job Functions: (This is not the job description in its entirety)
Conduct effective onboarding and orientation sessions.
Monitor and evaluate training program’s effectiveness and success.
Develop and maintain a training matrix for both hourly and salary positions
Relias system management
Learn and follow all related JCAHO, Federal, State, local and Agency requirements and established VCCC Policies and Procedures.
Bachelor’s degree preferred
2 years of experience in human resource or clerical support position
Pass required background checks
