Job Description
A Boutique construction Company Looking For An Appointment Setter / Dispatch to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and schedule appointments.
Requirements : experience in Dispatching, Sales focusing on the construction industry.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Provide information about the products and services
- Make actively phone calls to potential clients
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service and phone sales.
- Ability to build rapport with clients over the phone
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
$23/Hr.
