Valir PACE is a Program of All Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE), and is the future of healthcare. It utilizes a team-based care approach providing a personalized, comprehensive healthcare plan to the most at risk, those without access to quality healthcare, the under and uninsured. Individuals enrolled in our program have better health outcomes, less visits to the emergency room, while continuing to live in their own home, often times without ever having to go into a nursing home.
The focus of every PACE organization is to help the elderly live in the community for as long as possible. To meet this goal, PACE organizations focus on preventive care. Although all people enrolled in PACE are eligible for nursing home care, only seven percent live in nursing homes.
Remember why you first decided on a career in health care?
•Did you have a passion to help the elder population?
•Did you see a need that you wanted to help meet?
•Were you driven to make a difference in the lives of others?
•Was it the gratification of seeing your efforts benefit others?
If you are searching for a company with a commitment to ethics, integrity, honesty, and exceptional patient outcomes, your search is over.
