Here is the scope of the responsibility:
You will help renters related to the condition or operation of the vehicle they rented. With this permanent role, you can elect to enroll in Medical, Dental, and Vision after your probationary period. We also offer 401K benefits as well as Paid Time Off. The offer team will go over that schedule if hired.100% attendance will be required for Training. Salary up to $14.50 per hour depending on experience.
- Addressing concerns related to the condition or operation of vehicle while on rent
- Developing resolutions to customer concerns
- Completing documentation of the event
- Taking proactive steps to ensure the highest level of customer service and to protect company assets

- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year call center experience
- WAH experience
- Basic mechanical knowledge of automobiles
- Good problem solving and judgement skills

- You are a self-starter who is comfortable in an environment remote from co-workers and managers.
