VVV is looking for customer-oriented service representatives. A customer service representative, or CSR, will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. The best CSRs are genuinely excited to help customers. They’re patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. They love to talk. CSR’s can put themselves in their customers’ shoes and advocate for them when necessary. Customer feedback is priceless, and these CSRs can gather that for you. Problem-solving comes naturally to CSR’s. They are confident at troubleshooting and investigate if they don’t have enough information to resolve customer complaints. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction. The best part about this role is WE WILL TRAIN!
CSR Duties and Responsibilities
Customer Service Representation
Answering and dealing with all customer inquiries to the best of your ability
Providing the newest and best deals available for the customers

CSR Qualifications and Skills
There are no formal qualifications required for this position however it would be beneficial if candidates and at least one of the following:
Strong customer service skills
Excellent (verbal and written) communication skills
Team player with good organizational and interpersonal skills.
