Job Description

VMR Strategic Solutions is seeking a System Engineer III who will provide support to the client. The System Engineer will evaluate, develop, and deliver technical input to the systems engineering process.

Duties

• Develops technical documentation, system architecture, and system design documentation
• Interacts with the Government regarding Systems Engineering technical considerations and for associated problems, issues, or conflicts
• Oversees the technical integrity of work performed and deliverables associated with the Systems Engineering area of responsibility
• Develops technical documentation, system architecture, and system design documentation
• Analyzes complex information and independently takes appropriate actions to resolve problems
• Delivers briefings on complex topics to groups, which may include high-level decision makers

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

• Minimum 10 years of experience
• Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in System Engineering or related discipline
• Minimum DOD 8140/DOD 8570 IASAE Level II Certification or accredited system engineering certification from International Council on Systems Engineering (INCOSE)

Additional Capabilities Required:

• Experience with Microsoft Office applications
