We support customers around the world in the use of our electronic gaming products. Our products include a variety of electronic gaming devices and Windows networked PC solutions.
The CSR positions works interactively with Sales Team in providing direct support for customers in all aspects of customer service. Direct communications with internal sales team and customers regarding new installations, upgrades, special events, processing of internal sales documents, tracking of shipments & return of equipment, complaints and any other customer related concern.
- Work collaboratively with the Sales Team to identify & resolve customer service issues and build customer relationships.
Assists the sales team by providing administrative support; assistance as necessary in completion of internal sales documents (OOD) and other internal sales documents as required.
Monitor install and upgrade schedule to ensure sales orders have been approved in accordance with internal approval process.
Entry of orders in QAD system and follow up to ensure timely delivery of shipments.
Regular communication with customers following install or upgrades to determine satisfaction of service & equipment.
Outbound sales calls to customers regarding special promotions on bingo hall equipment or other related items.
As directed, updating and maintenance of customer service and/or sales reports.
- Perform other duties as required.
- + years sales and customer service experience working in a sales team environment preferred.
- Ability to improve and build new customer relationships.
- Strong ability to effectively communicate with customers and staff at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent computer skills, MS Office.
- Must be self motivated with strong organizational skills, and able to work in fast pace, multi-tasking environment.
