Sales Rep - Skincare Products

VitalSkin Dermatology is looking for a dynamic, upbeat, sales savvy Skincare Store Sales Representative to join our incredible Bucktown team of brilliant, fun, and creative members, and see why our patients love to shop with us. We provide excellent patient service and hospitality to our patients and guests with our outstanding knowledge and dedication. This position is for our Skincare Store in our dermatology practice.

Our ideal team member must possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a positive “glass is always half full” mindset. If you are a “people person” with the ability to build and maintain relationships with both customers and patients, then you are exactly who we are looking for!

Two (2) years’ experience in skincare product and/or retail sales is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate. General knowledge of Microsoft Office, internet, computer use, general office equipment is required, along with strong writing and oral communication skills. Prior dermatology and aesthetic experience preferred but not definite.

You will:

• Consult and educate on the appropriate skincare regimens for each patient, based on the recommendations of the providers and coordinating treatment plans.
• Ensure patient satisfaction with their products and understanding of use.
• Confirm patient has all proper skincare instructions and that all questions have been answered. Complete store transactions as well as web transactions correctly, efficiently, and timely.
• Communicate with Providers and management by being a resourceful liaison for the patient. Understand and uphold the practice’s high standards of excellence by abiding to policies stated in the Employee Handbook; and,
• Ensure that each function is to be performed in accordance with government, company, and practice’s policies and procedures.
