B2B Financial Consultant/Broker | Remote Work From Home Organization

Before Reading: This is a very lucrative position where you will be dealing with small business owners who do anywhere between $10,000-$1,000,000 in monthly revenue. With that said, this is not a starter sales position, this position requires critical thinking, transparency, integrity, persistence, being able to work independent, thick skin, strong mentality. Reason being, not every application that you submit will get approved, and not every approved application will get closed, as this is a numbers game. You must be able to make enough prospecting dials a day to build your pipeline (40-60) and be able to manage your leads in the CRM; the CRM we use is Zoho. Work hours are between 9:30-6:30 PM eastern.

Further note: this is a high ticket commission-based job; where you can get paid up to $25,000 on a closed deal.

As a Consultant for VIP Capital Funding, you will start by developing new business consistently by calling a significant number of potential customers each day. Follow up on your leads and maintain a very active pipeline. Understand and apply proven concepts of deal structure and strategy. Persistently dial the phone and initiate new relationships. Bring your thinking, strategies, and ideas to advance our company's thoughtful inspiring culture and vision for the future. Ensure you are hitting your quota while maintaining the highest standards of compliance. Work in a fun, fast-paced environment with some really cool and brilliant people.

This position requires a solutions-oriented individual, capable of critical thinking under deliverable time constraints. We operate in a relaxed remote-home office atmosphere but interact daily with highly regulated and established banks partners. You will need to be able to identify and adapt to social queues and bring a level of professionalism and emotional IQ to the table. You need to be very open to change and willing to wear a number of hats. “Multitasking” is critical as well as organization and time management skills. Finally, you have to be passionate about the product! This is a chance to get involved in a game-changing technology in the lending industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Prequalify borrowers - Advise borrowers and Realtors on loan qualification and price range for purchases
  • Make phone calls and emails to prospective customers
  • You have tons of energy, passion, humor, compassion, and enthusiasm
  • You have 2-3 years of sales experience and have maintained a monthly or quarterly quota in a transactional selling environment
  • Your personality is engaging - powerful work ethic, resilience, and emotional intelligence
  • You focus on your goals and a have a great desire to succeed
  • You share a passion to advance the vision of the department
  • You are coach-able and can follow a proven process
  • Label and follow up on leads in the CRM
  • Guide customers through the loan application process
  • File loan applications and supporting documents
  • Work with all parties to the transaction to coordinate loan through closure
  • Develop referral networks to locate prospects for loans

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in finance, banking, or other related fields a bonus
  • Familiarity with financial and lending practices
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous experience with a CRM is a plus
  • 4 year Bachelor’s Degree or working towards a degree.

Compensation

$70,000-$140,000 (Commission Based)
