Job Title: Office Administrator
Location: Winder, GA

Job Description:The Office Administrator is responsible for assisting the sales team in the VESTA Winder Branch location in the day-to-day administrative tasks required to process and manage a sale. This position provides an instrumental role in supporting the branch sales and service teams, managing all administrative aspects of the branches, and overall contribution towards the productivity and efficiency of daily branch operations. The candidate in this role will also provide direct support to the corporate Accounting and Operations departments on various tasks as needed. The Office Administrator will report to the Accounting & Administrative Manager on site. This is a full-time salary position.

Responsibilities Include:

•Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.

•Assist in completing paperwork for all bids/quotes, service requests, purchase order requests, and other required documentation on projects

•Communicating with the accounting and operations teams on customer billing, contract and budget review, budget updates and more.

•Follow up on customer and vendor quotes through email and phone

•Communicate with other departments on sales support requests such as building floor plans

•Organize and file all documents both physically and in the VESTA SharePoint files

•Assist with the branch inventory processes

•Support sales staff with office duties while they are traveling to customer and job sites

•Provide direct support to Corporate Accounting and Operations departments as needed

•Manage and maintain all office equipment

•Provide coverage for team members as needed

Required Qualifications:•High school diploma or GED required
•Bachelor's degree in Business Administration preferred

Required Skills:
•Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
•Ability to recognize discrepancies in written information and recorded data (HIGHLY DETAIL ORIENTED)
•Ability to meet multiple deadlines and adapt to changing priorities
•Ability to communicate effectively with management, remote co-workers and outside contacts
•Able to establish priorities, work independently and proceed with objectives without
supervision
•Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing requirements and processes as
the company expands and matures

•Knowledge of Sage 300 CRE, Timberscan and/or VersaPay a plus
•Ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
