Our client is looking to hire multiple Call Center Trainers for a project starting shortly.
The Call Center Trainer is responsible for conducting training on systems, process, compliance, soft skills, federal laws for Inbound and outbound process for Associates, Team leaders and Managers working on various processes.
- Minimum of 2 years of hard core call center experience is required
- BA/BA preferred but not mandatory
- Excellent communication/presentation skills
- Call Center Training experience for Verizon or CVS or Aetna is mandatory but product training experience is not required.
