Job Description

Valor Home is currently experiencing rapid expansion and we are looking to hire several Inside Sales / Customer Service Associates to work out of our Annapolis, MD office.

PLEASE NOTE: Experience with sales and/or customer service is required!

Job Responsibilities:

Work closely with sales leadership to ensure that department prerequisites are met and adjusted as needed.
Assist sales departments with effectively communicating clients key needs and details in company CRM.
Manage the scheduling of inbound appointments, and make sure that the prospect meets and understands our requirements.
Obtain client information by answering telephone calls; email submission entries; interviewing clients; verifying information.
Determine eligibility by comparing client information to appointment qualification requirements.
