We are currently experiencing rapid expansion and are looking to hire an experienced Customer Service / Call Center Manager. PLEASE NOTE that experience with Customer Service within a Call Center environment is required!

Call Center Manger Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage the call center and it's call center agents
  • Confirm pre-set appointments and make sure that the prospect meets and understands our requirements.
  • Obtain client information by answering telephone calls; interviewing clients; verifying information.
  • Determines eligibility by comparing client information to appointment qualification requirements.
