Retail Operations Manager

Valiant Paris is a luxury fashion forward brand on an expansion process! We have 6 locations currently and are looking to expand in the near future. Our Retail Operations Manager is responsible for but not limited to managing the daily operations of our retail stores while maintaining organization. This role must ensure proper onboarding of employees as well as training employees to enhance their job performance and retention. They are required to conduct inventory analysis to ensure optimal stock levels- helping with ordering of merchandise when running low. The Retail Operation Manager must also visit retail locations so that they can evaluate performance of each store.

Retail Operational Management and retail experience is essential. Strong Excel skills, experience managing budgets, and an understanding of the retail side of fashion are helpful, necessary assets.

Responsibilities

• In charge of consignment reports and sending daily reports to managers

• Handing of tech issues (Liaising with IT department)

• Onboarding of employees

• Helping with payroll for the team and aiding with issues that arise

• Orders supplies for all locations when needed

• Sending out Employee Appreciation Emails (Kudos)

• Assisting with reorders of merchandise

• Manages weekly budget in order to optimize profitability

• Manages staff meetings

• Unloading new inventory into our system

• Visiting our retail locations to evaluate performance

• Assisting with the coordination of fashion shows

• All booking of traveling arrangements for leadership

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in the fashion industry under the retail side is required

• Must exhibit a professional communication style both verbal and written, excellent organizational skills and presentation skills

• Technologically savvy and proficient in Excel

• Photo Shooting experience is preferred

• Polished multitasking skills- Able to balance several tasks on the go

• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities

• Capable to work independently and as a team player

• Attentive to details

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Good negotiator

• Must be able to work Monday through Friday (10 AM - 7PM) and be flexible to take after hour calls as business needs dictate

• Ability to travel when needed

Compensation

$94,000 Annually + Bonuses
