Financial Analyst III (hybrid)
Primary Location: Baltimore, Maryland
V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a Financial Analyst III (hybrid) for our premier client in Baltimore, Maryland.
Education and Experience »
- Background/Education: Finance / Accounting / Business Administration.
- Degree/Experience: Bachelor’s Degree preferred, with at least 3+ years related experience.
- Excel: intermediate+ level experience; prior regular usage.
- Essbase/Smartview: this is an Excel add-in that allows us to interact with Oracle database (upload and download data); experience not required, but is a plus.
- Accounting/Finance Skills: Journal Entries; General Ledger; Analysis (transactions / variance / trending / etc.).
- Good communication skills; team oriented.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Job Responsibilities:
- Accounts Payable: Help resolve AP related issues (manual invoice processing; resolve utility shut-off issues; OneCard and Expense Report assistance; etc.).
- Monthly Close and Forecast: maintain Trend Files for various expense accounts; analyze transactions for accuracy; variance analysis; update and load forecast.
