Utilities International, Inc., based in Chicago, IL, is the preeminent provider of financial planning, analysis, and reporting solutions to the utility industry. We are looking for an Executive Assistance who will work directly with the President/CEO and the VP of Services. This role will also support our VPs of Consulting as needed. We are looking for an individual to contribute and to better organize and prioritize administrative tasks, such as writing and editing emails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on executives' behalf, managing, and prioritizing executives' calendars and maintaining accurate records. Total compensation is $75-$100K depending on experience. US Citizen or Permanent Work Authorization (Green Card) is required.
Bachelor's degree preferred
4+ years of executive level support experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to treat confidential information with appropriate discretion
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Highly organized with a strong ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
Ability to prioritize assignments
Professional communication skills, verbal and written, with employees and clients
Advanced proof-reading skills
Must be able to work with all levels in the company
Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast past environment
