Urban Wok is fresh global fusion stir fry, fast, fresh and flavorful! Our menu is built on clean and natural ingredients with vegan and vegetarian friendly options too. Our Signature Sauces are gluten free, vegan and made in house daily.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Restaurant Management experience in, high volume, fast-paced restaurant environment

• Food handler certification, strongly preferred

• Ability to learn and train others on all aspects of Urban Wok operations

• Must exhibit an aptitude for leading, coaching, and driving excellence

• Understanding of financial aspects of business operations

• Optimize profit by scheduling HOH labor efficiently and ordering food and supplies to maintain appropriate inventory, portion correctly, minimize waste, etc.

Responsibilities

• Hiring and ensuring incoming staff complies with company policy

• Maintaining safety and food quality standards

• Keeping customers happy and handling complaints in a timely and appropriate manner

• Sales/Marketing/brand awareness ideas and implementation

• Overseeing inventory and daily ordering while staying within budget limitations

• Motivating staff and keeping morale up with team incentives

• Catering and large order planning and execution

• Handling payroll and scheduling
