The Urban League of Metropolitan Seattle is seeking an experienced Part-Time Data Entry Clerk to join our growing team.

Position: Data Entry Clerk
Location: Seattle
Compensation:$17.00 - $19.00 per hour
Schedule: Flexible schedule between the hours of 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday - Friday, 20 - 30 hours per week
Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, AD&D, PTO

We are looking for a data entry clerk to type information from paper documents into varying databases and computer systems. The ideal candidate will be computer savvy, possessing essential data entry skills such as fast typing with an eye for detail and familiarity with spreadsheets and online forms. Understanding of data confidentiality is imperative.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

  • Proven data entry work experience, such as a data entry clerk

  • Ability to type 60+ WPM with a high level of accuracy

  • Exceptional knowledge of correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation

  • Excellent knowledge of word processing tools, spreadsheets, and data tools

  • Experience in a non-profit environment a plus

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Experience with office equipment, such as printers and scanners

  • Organizational skills with an ability to stay focused on task within prescribed timeframes

  • High school diploma or equivalent
