Position: Senior Operations Manager
Reporting To: Executive Director
Location: New Haven, Connecticut
Position Summary
The Senior Operations Manager is responsible for the daily operations of UCA providing essential support to the Executive Director. The Senior Operations Manager’s duties include the supervision of the Program Managers and the Administrative Assistant. The Senior Operations Manager will provide support to the Executive Director and MSO as solicited and required in managing
the organization’s financial functions, including budget management. The Senior Operations Manager will play a key role in ensuring the organization’s Key Performance Indicators are achieved; and assists in making sure the company reaches its strategic goals.
Experience
● Bachelor’s degree in a related field required. Master’s degree, preferred.
● Five years of related experience required. Experience in nonprofit settings, preferred.

● Excellent managerial, organizational, and supervisory skills.
● Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, programs, and deadlines.
● Strong organizational and leadership skills.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
● Excellent interpersonal skills.
● Demonstrated ability to collaborate and work effectively.
● Ability to interpret financial data.
● Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
● Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
