We are in the process of rolling-out a new customer service division. Department heads are actively seeking individuals to groom and excel in the region.
This is a remote (work from home) position for dedicated individuals that can manage all the task required without onsite supervision.

Complete required detailed training on our client’s systems and learning various processes and logistics. After which you will be required to commit to a schedule working remotely of either 20-40 hours per week. Responsible for answering and delivering trained assistance to clients’ resources.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to every customer by leveraging acquired learned knowledge from training on various products and services
- Creating friendly, positive experiences for all customers
- Direct incoming calls to internal personnel departments,by routing to the best-qualified entity to respond to callers' needs
- Leverage learned sales methods to increase revenue
- Maximize business potential by ensuring client retention.and comprehension of products or services
- Develop appropriate kind responses to questions about products and services
- Maintain routine overall satisfaction, resolve complaints and promote new offerings
- Initiated effective sales techniques and drive product sales
- Resolve any issues efficiently and enhance customer satisfaction
- Quote prices, and list terms
- Resolve associate, tool and service delivery issues revealed by statistical reports
- Meet customer call guidelines including service levels, handle time and productivity
- Investigate and resolved customer inquiries and complaints quickly
- Follow through on all critical inter-departmental escalations
- Optimize customer support by establishing collaborative service environment
