About the Field Services System Administrator
Upperline Health is looking for a Field Services System Administrator to support our team through effective planning, provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of hardware and software systems at our clinics across the United States. This individual will also participate in the company's acquisition due diligence process performing IT assessments of existing infrastructure to properly plan for the integration of sites.
This position will require a significant amount of travel. Candidates must reside in close proximity to a major airport.

About the Field Services System Administrator
Upperline Health is looking for a Field Services System Administrator to support our team through effective planning, provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of hardware and software systems at our clinics across the United States. This individual will also participate in the company's acquisition due diligence process performing IT assessments of existing infrastructure to properly plan for the integration of sites.
This position will require a significant amount of travel. Candidates must reside in close proximity to a major airport.
What You'll Do
- Install and configure hardware, peripherals, services, settings, directories, storage, etc. in accordance with standards and project/operational requirements
- Maintains and supports hardware, including servers, desktops, peripherals, etc. in all Upperline Health facilities
- Develop and maintain operational, installation and configuration procedures
- Perform/maintain asset management duties, including procurement, deployment, reporting, tracking, and disposal
- Provide Tier III/other support per request from various constituencies. Investigate and troubleshoot issues
- Perform due diligence tasks associated with merger and acquisition activity
- Logs all requests within the appropriate helpdesk ticketing system. Follows up with other support staff involved in the resolution to ensure incidents are resolved, requests fulfilled, and the customer communication is complete
- Creates a positive customer support experience and builds strong relationships through deep problem understanding, ensuring timely resolution or escalation, communicating promptly on progress, and handling customers with a consummately professional attitude
- Documents resolutions and updates appropriate self-help, FAQ, and knowledge bases
- When not traveling ability to work a ticket queue and solve technical inquires submitted by team members
- Function as a primary contact for all things connectivity, new connections and existing
- Routinely explore, research, and identify innovative solutions to business needs
- Provides after hours and on-call support as needed
- Significant amount of travel required (up to 75%)
- Other duties as required
Qualifications of the Field Services System Administrator
- Associates degree, certifications, or comparable experience
- Healthcare technology experience preferred
- Strong customer service skills
- Advanced understanding & experience of networking and network equipment (Cisco Meraki preferred)
- Advanced understanding & experience with VoIP phone systems & technologies (Nextiva, Microsoft Teams, Five9 preferred)
- Vendor management experience with connectivity aggregators, internet service providers, and cellular internet providers.
- Administrative experience in a heavily integrated Microsoft 365 environment
- Strong initiative and ability to work in a team environment
