Field Marketing/Brand Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION: The Field Marketing Manager will be responsible for operationalizing the campaigns in the market. The role has endless and rapid growth opportunities contingent on performance.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

● Fully own the execution of marketing campaigns including project management, vendor management, event management, onsite coordination, budgeting, and reporting

● Track and manage the marketing budget to ensure the company hits its annual business plan goals

● Identify and structure deals with local vendors and partners to execute marketing campaigns

● Manage and execute the Brand Ambassador program

● Monitor campaigns and provide regular reporting to the CEO and COO on campaign effectiveness

● Oversight of social media execution to ensure it aligns with the brand strategy

● Serve as a focal point between the brand management team and field sales team

● Plan, organize, and execute marketing programs

● Create programs that drive brand loyalty

● Keep on top of industry trends, competition, and new opportunities

● Analyze and interpret market trends, syndicated data, and consumer research to track brand performance and inform better sales and marketing team decisions

● Interact with customers in order to influence their programming, planning, and merchandising during annual business planning process

● Develop new insights into solutions that result in organizational improvements

● Focus on the critical few objectives that add the most value and consistently deliver results that meet or exceed expectations

● Identify meaningful and relevant programs that will have the most impact on specific target audiences

REQUIREMENTS:

● Requires a BA/BS degree in a business-related field, preferably in Marketing

● Brand management experience in CPG

● Experience launching a new brand, brand extension, or product

● Minimum 3 years of consumer marketing experience is required; experience in the beverage industry required

● Translates data into focused insights

● Highly articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills; operates equally effectively in formal and informal settings and internally and externally

● Motivated, self-starter that requires minimal oversight and guidance

● Has tremendous ownership of daily responsibilities and work product

● Problem solver that can work through issues effectively in a dynamic environment

● Provides transparency and escalates issues to management immediately

● Maintain composure in a startup and fast-paced environment

● Coachability, openness to feedback, and dedication to consistent self-improvement
