Join a team of dispatchers to help service technicians and handle all administrative duties to get the service jobs distributed and completed. The dispatcher is the first line of support for technicians in the field.

Schedule dispatch and connect technicians over the phone and with our computer software.
Schedule work effectively to meet our standards making sure the technicians are on the way, in a timely fashion, performing duties in a well behavior with the customer(s).
Contact the customer when the job is completed to get feedback or resolve issues with the technician.
Maintain customer communications while answering incoming calls from other customers and technicians.
Enter and update dispatch calls into database program.
Be able to handle high volume of calls.
This is a full-time position at our office in Fort Lauderdale. The position run with shifts (office run 24 hours). Nights and/or weekends are required.
