Job Description
  • Answering inbound telephone calls from clients, employees of clients, vendors and internal team members.
  • Managing email responses for multiple client’s customer service inquiries.
  • Making outbound telephone calls to clients providing status updates.
  • Responsibilities include assistance to salespersons and Program Managers with customer callbacks, processing/tracking/researching orders.
  • Provide system notes detailing client calls for Program Management visibility.
  • Professionally communicate promptly with customers by telephone, email or in person.
  • Demonstrating accuracy and thoroughness in all work, and providing in a timely manner.
  • Other duties as assigned.
