Supervises nursing staff activities as well as day-to-day workflow for the clinic; manages inventory and supplies; addresses staff requests for time off; conducts annual evaluations; accesses/implements processes in the clinic; ensures compliance measures and adheres to current infection control and safety standards; interacts with physicians, patients, families and health care team in person and via telephone; provides direct patient care when necessary to include pre-certifications, triage, assistance with medications, patient education and other related duties in a clinic setting; regular and prompt attendance; ability to work schedule as defined and overtime as required; related duties as required.

Graduation from an accredited school of nursing meeting the minimum standards set by the State of Alabama and one year of professional nursing experience. Licensure with the state of Alabama as a Registered Nurse.
