Academic Endocrinology and Sleep Medicine (NTT) 


The University of Missouri-Columbia, Department of Medicine is seeking a clinical non-tenure track faculty position in the division of Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism. We seek applicants who have exemplary clinical skills, demonstrated ability in clinical evidence of sustained scholarship, and a strong interest in teaching. Expectations for the position:

  • Clinics: 8 clinic sessions per week
  • Inpatient consult: 1 weekend every 6 weeks
  • Clinical Effort will be divided across the Department of Medicine (Endocrinology Division) and the Neurology/Sleep Medicine Department.
  • Preferred procedures: Ultrasound and Fine Needle Aspiration
  • Recently moved into a fully renovated, up-to-date clinic with two new ultrasound machines
  • Support Staff: LPN and CAN support staff, features 2 diabetes educators on site including a certified dietitian with pump certification
  • Hospital affiliation: 300-bed tertiary referral center, Level I trauma center, Ellis Fischel Cancer Center

  • Board Eligible/Board Certified in Endocrinology
  • Board Eligible/Board Certified in Sleep Medicine
  • Successful completion of ACGME accredited in Endocrinology and Sleep Medicine Fellowships
