Workit Health is a rapidly growing telemedicine B-corporation in search of driven sales professionals passionate about connecting those struggling with opioid and alcohol use disorder to Workit’s medication and online therapy program.


Core Responsibility

We are looking for a motivated front-end developer who's not afraid to get their hands dirty as we fight back against the opioid crisis, one line of code at a time. We currently have a React-Native app and a Ruby on Rails server, both of which are growing quickly to meet the needs of our users. If you are ambitious, kind, and want to build an app that's saving lives, we'd love to hear from you.



Javascript experience required.

Workit with web applications and RESTful APIs to some extent required.

Experience with MVC architecture.

Experience testing, releasing, and deploying web applications of some kind, personal or professional.


Nice to have:

Experience with React Ruby on Rails experience

Experiencing debugging production applications

Experience working in a collaborative environment with multiple software engineers.


Essential Duties

Collaborating with our design team to develop new features and functionality for our production web applications.

Working with technologies in some of the following areas: video conferencing, chat message, scheduling and date/time management, complex user interface design.

Ongoing maintenance of applications and testing, help to improve our infrastructure and making our applications more reliable.

Bug tracking and ticket handling via Sentry, Asana, & Github on an as-needed basis

Researching, scoping, and testing new technologies to improve our team workflow and user experience. Comfort and reliability with remote communication: Slack, Asana, video stand-ups.
