Talent Acquisition Specialist (Hybrid)

Salary: $5,058 - $12,592 monthly

Position Description:
Under the supervision of the Associate Director of Extension Human Resources, the incumbent develops a strong employer brand and consistent messaging that is aligned with the organization's overall Human Resources strategy to attract highly qualified candidates. The incumbent manages talent acquisition policies and processes, ensuring UNEX adheres to applicable UC policies, as well as federal and state employment laws. Conducts recruitment of prospective staff and instructors. Develops and manages a candidate talent pool. Partners with hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies that meet current and future hiring needs. In collaboration with hiring supervisors and managers, responsible for creating and drafting staff and instructor job descriptions. Ensures personnel files are up to date with relevant new hire documentation.
