**Summary of Job Duties**

Full time support in turf research with major involvement in the design, installation, and maintenance of intensively managed turf areas. Treatment applications, data collection and entry, turf plot maintenance (mowing, fertilizing, marking, pesticide applications, etc..), and supervision of support personnel will be required.



**Minimum Qualifications: Please ensure that all relevant application materials include details addressing the minimum qualifications. Applicants not meeting the minimum qualifications will be disqualified from consideration.**

B.S. in Agronomy, Plant Science, Horticulture or closely related area.



**Does this job require any license(s)/certification(s)?** Yes



**If yes, please specify** Pesticide Applicators License



**Preferred Qualifications**

Two years experience in turfgrass management.

M.S. in Agronomy, Plant Science, Horticulture or closely related area.



**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs)**

Attention to details related to maintaining and installing turfgrass plots. Ability to communicate both oral and written at a high level related to preparation of manuscripts and other scientific research.
