**Summary of Job Duties**
The primary responsibility is to conduct applied research in health economics related to childhood obesity, nutrient/food consumption, and policy/program evaluation. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparation of manuscripts and presentations. Excellent writing skills and knowledge of econometrics related to endogeneity and selection issues are essential.

Ph.D. in Agricultural Economics, Economics or other related fields. Specifically, candidates should have knowledge of and experience in the following areas: microeconomics, health economics, applied econometrics, food/nutrient consumption analysis, policy/program evaluation and working with large data sets.

The candidate should show initiative in and be comfortable with decision making. The candidate should have a good knowledge of statistical/econometric software (e.g.,SAS, R, or Stata).
