The primary role of the Customer Service Representative is to provide excellent customer service and support to our customers through answering inbound customer service and order entry calls. You will ensure a unique and memorable customer experience while placing customer orders, answering questions and resolving inquiries with the utmost compassion, care sensitivity and accuracy. Customer service calls involve resolving customer issues, while order entry calls involve placing customer orders. Other aspects of the job include entering mail orders, communicating with other departments as needed, performing up sells and offering VIP memberships. No prior experience needed! If you are a strong communicator, compassionate and goal-oriented, then this is the job for you!

• Strong attention to detail, dependability, and follow through
• Problem recognition and resolution capabilities
• Exceptional communication skills
• Basic computer skills
• High level of typing accuracy
• Sales experience helpful
• 1 year of Call Center experience preferred
• High School or equivalent (GED) preferred
• Background, typing and drug test may be required
