2nd Shift Tier II Help Desk Support (Secret Clearance) (20 hrs/week)
Work Location: Ft. Belvoir, Va (two 10 hour shifts or three 6 1/2 hour shifts or four 5 hour shifts - This is flexible)
Salary: $65K-$77K W2.
Clearance: Active Secret or higher.
Certification: Must have a Security + Certification.

Our team is seeking a Secret or TS cleared Video Teleconference Operations Support Technician (VOC) Analyst to join our team
Job Description:
The UDS Video Teleconference Operations Support Technician (VTOC) provides Tier II support to the Video Teleconference (VTC) systems.
Primary Responsibilities:
Scheduling and managing local and remote AV/VTC events, to include scheduling of physical room space when required
Generate Tier 1-3 incident tickets in Service Now..
Provide Closed Captioning Support for all Tier 1 VTC for the hearing-impaired community
Provide user education and training on VTC equipment and other basic hardware and software functions
Basic Qualifications:
Active Secret or Top Secret Clearance
Experience or knowledge of Help Desk and Service Desk where you resolve tier 1 & some 2 issues
Excellent troubleshooting capabilities and strong communication skills
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Strong time management skills and ability to work flexible schedules to meet job requirements
Ability to work independently on projects and/or tasks
